Vittoria "Tori" Pirolli
An interest in real estate investing is what triggered Tori to obtain her real estate license nearly a decade ago. After working in traditional real estate, working with investors, wholesaling and investing in LTR/STRs Tori decided that to better serve her ideal clientele, she would need to forge her own path with her own brokerage. "Grateful", is the word that comes to mind when asked to describe her journey. In her spare time, Tori enjoys traveling, fishing, dabbling in other entrepreneurial ventures and thrifting.

Cassandra "Cassie" Callahan
Cassie has been licensed for five years and joined Birch & Beam Realty in 2023. She was born and raised in Stedman, NC and comes from a family of real estate investors. Loaded with experience in lots and land, equestrian properties, unique homes, investment properties, comprehensive listing launch strategies and just overall grit and determination to best serve her clients, she has been an invaluable to the team and her clients thus far. Cassie enjoys farm life, homeschooling her daughter and traveling to new places!

Gloria has been licensed for four years and brings experience in new construction, construction to perm, unique properties and investment properties. Gloria is a Mom of 5, juggling a complex real estate transaction is second nature. Having lived and moved across the country and even to Hawaii, she understands what it's like to relocate and just how important enjoying your new home is. If you're looking for someone to help with relocating near or far, Gloria is your girl!
